Just thought I'd share this intense food-gasm from the delightful Chicago brunch spot Toast. With the year coming to an end, I've officially decided that this meal is one of my favourite food memories of 2011. Fluffy challah bread drenched and fried in eggs, punctured with mascarpone cheese and drizzled (more like drenched) in yogurt, granola, and fresh berries. Even if I did spend the rest of the day in a food-coma, it was totally worth it.
